And burnout has occurred.

I knew it was just a matter of time, but I've burned out of WoW to the point that I need to play something else.

I'm in Eve Online. If you want me to throw you a buddy program invite (21 day, new account only), e-mail me and I'll try to hook you up.

Please subscribe when you finish.

Now that I'm actually in Northrend

I've basically decided that my druid will be my first toon to get to level 80.

I haven't really touched my hunter yet, and my warlock has only really gotten his professions started.

With the way I'm focusing on toons that are earning money, I'm pretty much set when it comes to getting the money for higher-level mounts and such.

Having a guild vault to make the money disappear from my main wallets kinda helps though.

Powerleveling lower level toons will be interesting.

No chance in hell.

With wrath out tomorrow and Reken at 67, there's no chance in hell of him getting to 70 before the release.

Oh well.

And a big jump.

Today I got Reken a full 2 levels worth of questing done, so instead of being 65, he's now 67. I have until this Thursday to get him to 70 before I need to start leveling one of my main toons (yay expansion pack). I can probably actually get it too (3 days, 2.5 levels, definitely doable, even with remembrance day in the middle of it).

Alenrak's Level 80 talent build (primary)
Chojiro's Level 80 talent build (primary)
Rhakeem's Level 80 talent build (primary)

The other toons I haven't decided on, so I'm just going to wing it for them.

One way or another, I'm going to have no free time this week.

A few thoughts while I wait for the servers.

Seeing as how the authentication servers for WoW are down right now (who knows why), I decided to go over some things.

First, I'm still undecided as to what toon I'm going to use as my main in the expansion. My first two priority toons for getting to level 80 will be my druid and my hunter.

Second, I'm glad they made the change to the survival of the fittest talent. 6% reduced chance to take a critical hit means I have enough crit reduction for tanking without any defense or resilience on my gear. It lets me focus more on important statistics, like stamina, armor and agility.

Third, HOW THE HELL DID MY PALADIN BECOME BETTER GEARED THAN MY HUNTER?

Fourth, I'm glad I decided to get all my alt gear from pug runs. Trying to gear a secondary toon directly through a guild's main runs doesn't go over well with lootwhores being rampant.

Fifth, Comcast sucks.

Sixth, To the RIAA/MPAA and all the other companies and groups that think DRM is a good idea: WE DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO SPEND AN ADDITIONAL 3000$ EVERY 5 YEARS TO PRESERVE OUR MEDIA ACROSS DEVICES. DROP DRM BEFORE IT KILLS YOU!

Seventh, Comcast sucks.

Eighth, Net neutrality is the answer.

5 Days to Wrath.

'Nuff said.

Priest is 63 despite all claims to the contrary.

Since The WoW armory has been cranky lately, I would like to point out that I've gained almost 4 levels since its last update (this writing).

The chances of him being 70 before wrath are diminishing though.
